Welcome to the Terms and Conditions of Use page ("Site Terms") for the BessieMary website. These Site Terms create an agreement applicable to your use of the website and the ordering of products from BessieMary via the website. We reserve the right, at any time, to alter or update these Site Terms, and you agree to be bound by such alteration or update once it is has been posted on the website. By using the BessieMary website, you signify your agreement to the Site Terms. If you do not agree with the Site Terms, please discontinue using the website immediately.

We respect the privacy of all of our customers. Any information obtained during the course of business will not be sold, published or shared in any manner.
Security
BessieMary is a secure e-commerce site and is protected by SSL encryption technology. Financial and other confidential information cannot be viewed or intercepted.
Payment
BessieMary accepts Visa, MasterCard and Discover.
Payment also may be made by personal check. You will be contacted with confirmation of order total, including shipping. Merchandise will be shipped once your check has cleared our bank. We cannot accept checks drawn on non-US banks. There is a $30 charge for any returned check.
Out-of-state orders are not charged sales tax. Orders from within the state of Texas will be charged sales tax at the current rate of .0825.
Ordering and Shipping:
You may place orders online or by telephone.
Most in-stock orders will be processed and shipped within 24-48 hours. Please allow 7-10 days to receive your order within the continental US. Back ordered items will be charged and shipped when received.
Most orders will be shipped by USPS Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation, within the continental US. Additional charges may apply to orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii.

$0.01 to $11.99 - $3.50 shipping
The following shipping rates include handling, Priority Mail postage and Delivery Confirmation:
$12.00 to $29.99 - $6.00 shipping
$30.00 to $49.99 - $8.00 shipping
$50.00 to $90.00 - $10.00 shipping
$90.01 and above - Free shipping
At the discretion of the owner, shipping costs may be reduced for some orders to more closely reflect actual USPS postage rates. Discounted or sale items will be charged shipping and/or handling rates, which may differ from those calculated by the Shopping Cart.
Next Day and Second Day Express Mail is available for an additional charge. Please contact us for information.
BessieMary will not be responsible for items damaged during shipping.

Returns Policy
Any merchandise cut and sold by the yard cannot be returned, except in the event of defective merchandise or shipping errors. No books, patterns, smocking plates or magazines may be returned.
All other returns or refunds require authorization by BessieMary, and the request for a return, exchange or refund must be made within 10 days of receipt of the merchandise. Returns may be subject to a restocking fee.
Licenses and Site Access
Subject to these Site Terms, we grant you a limited license to visit the BessieMary website and to order products through it. You may not, without limitation, (a) make any commerical use of any of the images contained on the website, (b) make any other derivative use of the website or its contents, or (c) use any mining, robot, or similar data gathering and extraction method within the website.
